I was extremely frustrated when I arrived to check in and was informed they'd already charged my card without my authorization, something I had never experienced before. The employee didn't even verify my identification, which made me feel unsafe and uneasy about the whole situation. Additionally, there was a concerning incident where we found our car tires let down in the parking lot, compromising our stay entirely.

This was a nice place to rest after a long day. The room was clean and the bed provided decent comfort. Appreciated the nice pillows and efficient air conditioning. Just be prepared for a bit of nighttime noise from renovation work above. For a quick stay, it served its purpose well.

Staying at the Holiday Inn in Carol Stream was a satisfying choice. The spacious rooms allowed me to unwind comfortably, while the well-functioning air conditioning kept everything pleasant. Though there was some nighttime noise, it didn't overshadow the lovely ambiance and the quality meals at the on-site restaurant.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! The comfy rooms and nice walk-in shower made our stay enjoyable. We also loved visiting the nearby shops and exploring the local parks. Definitely check out the restaurant for a tasty meal—it's worth it!

Only downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast, which we missed since we're used to that at other places.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with great amenities such as a fitness center and a relaxing indoor swimming pool, along with easy access to downtown Wheaton for shopping and dining.

We stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean and comfy, but honestly, it was just a place to lay our heads. The pillows were nice, thanks to their pillow bar. The air conditioning was great too, but the noise from the remodeling above our room startled us at night, which was annoying. Overall, a decent stay but nothing too memorable.

The pool was open late, and the lobby's design felt fresh and inviting. Our room was clean and spacious!

Just a suitable option for spending the night in Carol Stream, all in all brilliant value for money. I appreciated the nice pillows that provided good comfort during my stay. Make sure to check for any renovations happening if you're sensitive to noise.
